Welcome to my corner of the internet, I’m happy you’re here. :)

I’m Keegan, a Nebraska-based UX Researcher living in Chicago. I graduated in 2019 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a BA in General Studies. As someone who is interested in a little bit of everything, I studied design, marketing, mass communications, and business management in college.

My background as a UX generalist at Union Pacific gave me exposure across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through design and delivery. Over time, both my own experience and direct feedback from my manager made it clear that UX research was where I consistently excelled. I’m especially drawn to contextual inquiry and field research, observing users in their real environments, understanding their workflows, and uncovering insights that can’t be captured through assumptions or secondhand data.
